Sumana Kittur with high profile credentials from her direction and knowledgeable writing has announced a scoop for the day she is receiving the state award for ‘Edhegarike’ cinema direction.

Already Shwetha Srivatsa is main Gayyali in ‘Kiriyurina Gayyaligalu’ based on Poorna Chandra Tejaswi novel. Now to the list of ‘Gayyali’ adds - Sukrutha Wagle and Sonu have been selected. Kishore joins the team with Achuyuth Kumar playing another prominent role.

Sumana Kitthur is highly confident that Sukrutha Wagle would receive a supporting actress award at state level for her role in ‘Kiriyurina Gayyaligalu’.

Director Sumana Kittur is taking up the shoot from May this year and would complete the film before one year contract for the film ends.

Sumana Kittur has in mind ‘Krishne Gowdana Aane’ as next. The new contract for this has to be signed with Smt Rajeshwari Poornachandra Tejaswi.  

In the past Tabarana Kathe, Abachoorina Post Office and Kubi Mattu Iyyala Kannada films were based on the novel of Poorjachandra Thejaswi.

Sumana Kittur of ‘Kallara Santhe, Slum Bala and Edhegarike’ Kannada films is given free hand to make necessary changes to suit the film format.

Interestingly state award winning music director for ‘Lucia’ Poornachandra Tejaswi a software professional from Mysore is the music director for this ‘KG’.
